When it comes to tapping into true abundance, you have to realize that it is all vibrational. I know it can seem difficult to trust that money, your financial state, and even your survival circumstances are all vibrational. Trust me, that was a big leap for me too, and it took time to fully trust and integrate this understanding. But through this journey, you will come to realize that everything is vibrational. Money is vibrational.
From this point forward, the question becomes: how do you master the vibration of money and abundance?
Today I want to introduce you to the basic practice principles that will help you begin. In future emails, I will go deeper into this process.
The first thing you want to do is create a meditation or presence practice. This helps you quiet your mind and reduce the negative thoughts you may have around money, survival, or lack. If you want to master the vibration of money, you must also master your fears and emotional reactions around the topic. Every bit of resistance needs to be addressed.
From the moment you wake up until you go to sleep, you are likely to experience stress or triggers related to money. That is why it is so important to start your day in presence. The moment you wake up, become aware. Stay grounded. Stay conscious. Do not let your mind wander into worry or fear.
When you are fully present, you are less likely to get triggered. You can move through your day with peace about money and begin to sense a deeper knowing that everything is working out for you. You begin to realize it was never about money itself. It was always about aligning with the truth that the universe is already abundant and has always been flowing abundance to you. You simply need to tune into the frequency of it in order to receive.
So your ability to quiet your mind and move through your day without wobbling is extremely important. This takes practice. You will wobble at first, and that is okay. Over time, you will begin to notice progress. Your resistance will lighten. The triggers will become fewer and less intense.
The second thing to practice is daily abundance affirmations. Say things like “I am abundant” and “I have money.” Do this for five to ten minutes each day. These affirmations help tune your vibration to the energy of abundance. When you combine this with presence, you create a powerful shift.
Presence clears the negative thoughts and emotional clutter that block the flow of abundance. Affirmations help attune your energy to the feeling of already having what you desire. Together, they bring you into alignment with the vibration of money.
Most of my clients who commit to this for a few weeks begin to experience powerful shifts. Sometimes money shows up out of nowhere. Sometimes it comes through unexpected opportunities or resources that support them in exactly the way they need. Abundance takes many forms, and it will arrive in the perfect way you are ready to receive.
Even if the abundance that shows up is not financial at first, recognize it. Appreciate it. Let it improve your life. You will begin to notice that the things you need are getting paid for or simply handed to you with ease.
This is how you begin to master the vibration of abundance.

This is well said indeed. If you train the mind( meditation, visualization). Believe it or not I find it like training a muscle. Resistance and pain at first. But as you build new neurological pathways it becomes, muscle memory for the mind. Good stuff!
