Shift your internal state.
No matter what you are going through right now, your only focus should be on feeling better. External circumstances do not matter because they are simply a reflection of your vibration, which comes from the thoughts you are thinking. They are showing you the resistance that exists in your vibration.
When something feels like the end of the world, it only feels that way because you are out of alignment. In that moment, your vibration is not compatible with Source, so you cannot perceive the solution. The moment you begin to release resistance and let go of negative thoughts and emotions, you start to feel relief. Day by day, as you continue this practice, your vibration improves, and solutions begin to flow easily.
In time, what once felt overwhelming will reveal an easy and immediate solution, but only when you align with the vibration of that solution. It is always about doing the inner work. This simple shift has helped me immensely.
When all else fails, remember this. Just find relief. Focus on improving the way you feel each day, and life will shift in your favor.
There are a few really good ways to start shifting the way that you feel. The first is to practice present moment awareness. By becoming present and bringing yourself into a meditative state of focus throughout your day, you dramatically reduce negative thoughts. This clears your mind and allows you to see more clearly. You begin to feel better, and new feelings, vibrations, thoughts, ideas, and perspectives start to open up for you.
Another powerful practice is finding thoughts that soothe you. For example, if you are going through a financial situation, you can remind yourself, “In the last twenty years of my life, things have always somehow worked out. At a deeper level I know they will work out again. I know this phase is not the end of the world. It is simply a challenge that is helping me grow into more alignment.” Thoughts like this bring relief, and the more you practice finding relief throughout your day, the more your inner state shifts. Whatever shifts internally will always translate externally.
At the end of the day find out what works for you. Find an effective practice that allows you to feel better and everything else will always fall into place around that.
